MyPatients 2.2.3
MyPatients is a medical records database that uses OpenOffice.org Base and MySQL. It is based on a Greek translation of ICD10 for its coding, and could easily be ported to English if an English version of the ICD10 database was available.

Changes:
This version has a few bugfixes. The most important addition is compatibility with the upcoming version 3.0 of OpenOffice.org, something that version 2.2.2 lacked. This version is also backwards compatible with OOo 2.4.x versions.
