Kan ik op de hoogte blijven van wijzigingen in *mijn* Office 365 kalender? Mijn afdelingshoofden zetten daar zo maar vanalles in zonder mij op de hoogte te houden. Kan ik dat zelf doen?<\/p>\n<p>A. Aangezien je afdelingshoofden kunnen schrijven, gaat het over een gedeelde Office 365 kalender. Toch even opletten:\n<ul>\n<li>Je moet zelf het bericht opbouwen<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt geen controle over wanneer de mailings precies gebeuren. Ze zullen in elk geval gegroepeerd uitgevoerd worden.<\/li>\n<li>Je krijgt mogelijk veel (of heel veel) berichten. O.m. omdat een schrapping en verplaatsing twee meldingen geeft.\u00c2\u00a0 Daarom zou ik een tweede flow maken voor toegevoegde afspraken (lessen).<\/li>\n<li>De uren van de afspraken kloppen niet: er wordt geen rekening gehouden met tijdzones kloppen niet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Maar vooral: wat je eigenlijk interesseert &#8211; wat eigenlijk van belang is, is of er agendaconficten ontstaan. Helaas is daar geen trigger voor.
