A. Vooraf: e-mail is per definitie tekst zonder opmaak. Er zijn twee oplossingen om dat te omzeilen: RTF (rich text format) of HTML..
\nAls je Outlook gebruikt en je correspondent niet, en je gebruikty opmaak in je bericht (vet, cursief – of een illustratie of schermafbeeldeing) verstuurt Outlook dat bericht als RTF. Maar als je correspondent een andere mailoplossing hefet, wordt die RTF niet herkend.<\/p>\n
