V. Ik heb via Zotero.org de Word plug-in en de Firefox plug-in ge\u00efnstalleerd, maar de Word plug-in verschijnt niet. Hoe kan dat?<\/p>\n

A. Stap 1. In Zotero, Opties, Add-ons. Is de Word plugin effectief ge\u00efnstalleerd?<\/p>\n

Stap 2. Ga op zoek naar zotero.dot. Dubbelklik op die template. Zeg aan Word dat je de inhoud (= de Zotero plugin) vertrouwt.<\/p>\n

Stap 3. Lees de troubleshooter op https:\/\/www.zotero.org\/support\/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting<\/a>.<\/p>\n

De meest frequente oorzaak is taalverschillen in Word.<\/p>\n

  1. Installeer Zotero in Firefox en de Zotero Word add-in, beide van in Firefox. Herstart telkens Firefox. Herstart Word.<\/li>\n
  2. In Word, File, Options, Save, klik op de knop naast het vak met de standaardmap. Die ziet er uit als C:\\Users\\<username>\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Word\\ (=de map waarin winword.exe staat – desnoods zoek je naar winword.exe en open je de bestandslocatie)<\/li>\n
  3. Daar ga je een submap STARTUP of zo vinden, met daarin een bestand zotero.dotm. Kopieer dat bestand naar de map OPSTARTEN (of iets gelijkaardigs in de taal die jij gebruikt).<\/li>\n
