Q. I moved my PST file from one PC to another, but some notes didn’t make it. How can I copy those?

This is what I would try:
- select all the notes and copy them (ctrl+c)
- create a new folder somewhere on your disk
- paste them
- transport the folder (thumb drive or whatever)
- then, copy those you want to migrate and paste them in the new PST
