PathVisio is a bioinformatics tool that lets you do everything with biological pathway diagrams. PathVisio helps you organize biological information and lets you present or publish that information easily. You can create and draw pathways, export them to many image formats, annotate them with links to online biological databases such as Ensembl, Entrez or HMDB, and add comments and literature references from pubmed.

In het download scherm staat een knop om de vorige downloads te converteren.

Maar je kan het conversieprogramma apart opstarten. Stel in naar wat je wil converteren, en je kan de multimediabestanden naar dat venster slepen om om te zetten.

A. Inderdaad: HTTrack is een prachtige tool voor het downloaden van websites, bv. voor een droge surfsessie of het voorbereiden van een backup voor een presentatie (omdat uiteraard internet altijd uitvalt als dat het minst past). En inderdaad, de installer vereist admin rechten.

Geen nood echter: je kan het ZIP bestand uitpakken en daarin vind je een command-line versie van het pakket dat het prima doet.
