V. Flash player werkt niet. Ik heb gedesinstalleerd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, en in Firefox gaat het wel – maar niet in IE9.

A. Adobe is er een ongelooflijk potje van aan het maken. Een mens zou gaan geloven dat ze het er om doen, om de titel van slechtste software makers aller tijden voor eeuwig te veroveren. Wat mij betreft hebben ze alleen van Norton concurrentie te vrezen. Elke dag groeit mijn overtuiging dat ze er beide fier op zijn!

Ter zake. Als desinstalleren en opnieuw installeren niet helpt, reset IE eens via Tools, Internet Options, Advenced – en wis alle persoonlijke settings. Dan zal het wel terug gaan.

Let op: dat wist je instellingen voor zoekmachines, paswoorden, nieuwe tabs en andere dingen.

V. Bij sommige presentaties krijg ik een preview in Windows Verkenner, maar andere niet. Ik ben op zoek naar Save thumbnail, maar dat vind ik niet.

A. Klopt: Excel en Word hebben een Save thumbnail optie bij het opslaan, maar Powerpoint niet.

In Powerpoint is het de bestandsindeling en de extensie die bepaalt of er een preview is.

Bestanden in de 97-2003 indeling en met de PPS extensie, worden niet gepreviewed.
